Mr. M S Walia by having attained vast Administrative & Management Experience by supervising, conducting periodical audits of various departments in corporate sector which authenticates his capabilities of being a sound and efficient auditor. Various unique Out-Of-Box methods, ways, mechanisms, tools adopted by Mr. Walia while conducting audits of departments, policies, data information, standard operating procedures, reforms authenticates the value of Mr. Walia as third eye and mind for the clients & organisations. Mr. Walia has been categorically contributing, working towards bringing effectiveness, improvement in the working efficiency, reforms of various departments as his highly specialised, in-depth audit services are sought by individual & organisation clients. Mr. Walia, on behalf of his clients, has participated in joint inspections conducted by government departments for different purposes to ensure that fair, unbiased practices, procedures are adopted by both sides to conclude unbiased inspections.

During his career path while performing the responsibilities of an Administrator and Head – Human Resource Department, Mr. Walia had realised and established a firm belief that seeking valuable learning is as tough as rendering quality teaching as it depends on the individual needs of the Pupil and sincere interest, capabilities of the Mentor.
